Our campers start
the day off with meeting their pony/horse that will
be theirs while they are attending our camp.
They then will learn and help the instructors and CIT's care for the
horses and ponies. Including learning how to properly clean a stall ,
water their pony/horse, brushing their pony/horse and how to properly lead and saddle-up
their pony/horse. They will then have their group lesson where they will all learn
the basics of riding and safety with their pony/horse.
The afternoon will start with lunch in our campers lounge and attending a
clinic on the many things to do with horses and ponies.
We then finish up any projects before their day ends at 3:00 pm
The Campers will need to bring their own lunches, sun screen and plenty to
drink. They will need long pants to ride in, Shorts can be worn during the day.
Any type of a boot or shoe with a heel is recommended.
